Pricing List Notes

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

•   BEVERAGES AT MEALS (unlimited) mineral spring water in sealed bottles, soft drinks and bottled wine from our hills.
•   BREAKFAST: sweet and savory buffet. Self-service cafeteria. It will be a real pleasure to have breakfast outdoors in the garden facing the sea and in the early morning sun.
•   MENU: 3-4 variations on first and second courses of meat or fish with hot side dishes.
•   Menu dedicated to children and the necessary attention for special needs (celiacs, vegetarians, sportsmen ...)
•   BUFFET: cooked and raw vegetables, meat and fish appetizers.
•   RESTAURANT: with panoramic views of the beach from all tables and air conditioning and table service.
•   VAT 10%.

CAR PARKING WITH FREE USE

Two areas, one in the hotel courtyard and one approx. 150 meters. They are fenced, in the open and not guarded.

CITY TAX

It is not understood. € 2.00 per day per person, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive days. Children up to 14 years of age are excluded.

ACCOMMODATION FOR ONE PERSON

Single room: no extra charge.

The rooms are slightly small, 10 m² including bathroom, but very functional. They have a large 8.50 m² balcony facing the sea.

QUEEN SIZE room: supplement of 45 € per day.

For those who like to rest comfortably and want more space and more more comfort.

These rooms are equipped with a double bed and balcony facing the sea.

DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN

in the room with two people at full price:

Up to 12 months: € 18.00 per day. Possible cot at no cost, if requested upon booking.

Free of charge:

a 24-hour microwave oven in the restaurant, bottle warmer, bath tub, high chairs.

Vegetable broth, vegetable soup, possible assistance in preparing baby food on the mother's recommendation, included.

For the third bed added in the room, discount of:

• 60% from 1 to 5 years;
• 40% from 6 to 13 years;
• 20% over 14 years and adults.

FAMILY PLAN: 2 + 2 = 3

third and fourth bed added in the room in a bunk unit, together with two people at full price

50% discount for two children up to 16 years.

SMALL ANIMALS

Your small friends (up to 8 kg) are welcome, with an extra cost of 40.00 € to sanitize the room at the end of the stay and without food. We ask for collaboration in the daily cleaning of the room and we rely your in understanding if they cannot have access to the restaurant, the swimming pool and in the garden at breakfast time. It is possible to take them to the beach, Bagno Piera, in front of the hotel.

LATE CHECK-OUT

On request, subject to availability, late check-out, with use of the room until 18:00: € 50.00 per room.

PAYMENT SERVICES

Baby sitter, laundry, ironing, personal dietary needs, massages, beautician, manicùre, pedicùre.

CONDITIONS

•   The prices are per person, per day in a double room and for a stay longer than three days, starting with lunch and ending with breakfast.
•   Possibility to have extra meals at the hotel in the "le Conchiglie" restaurant.
•   Reception Service: Check-in / out from 8:00 to 23:00.
•   The rooms will be available from 12:30 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise and more favorable availability.
•   Upon departure, please vacate the room in the morning by 10:00 with reference to the last day indicated in the booking, as well as the parking.
•   In case of delayed arrival or early departure, compared to the holiday period booked, the cost of the overnight stay will be charged for the days of no stay.
•   No deduction for meals not consumed.
•   Payments: the evening before departure with cash, debit or credit cards, excluding Amex and Diners.
•   All offers, unless otherwise specified, cannot be combined.
•   Although not directly expressed, reference is made to the Tourism Regulations of the Province of Forlì-Cesena.
•   The price does not include the tourist tax.
