Pricing List Notes

Prices are per day and per person, for a minimum stay of 3 days and include: full board (water included with meals), rich breakfast with buffet of homemade desserts daily, double menu choice meat or fish, buffet of delicious appetizers, cooked and raw vegetables, pizzas anything else homemade.

Rooms equipped with private bathroom with shower, wi-fi, air conditioning, safe, telephone and TV. Limited parking, bicycles.

The room is available to the customer from 14.00 on the day of arrival to 10.00 on the day of departure.

Tourist tax excluded and equal to 1.50 € / day only on the adult fee and for the first 7 days of stay.

The Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bridges periods are not included in the price list.

Reductions:

Half board - € 5.00

Children in room with 2 adults:

- 0-2 years FREE

- 3-6 years -50%

- 7-10 years -20%

Third adult bed -10%.

Family plan: 2 adults + 2 children up to 12 years pay 3 rates

Tourist tax not included. Equal to € 1.50 per day, only on adult fees and first 7 days of stay.

Supplements:

- All Inclusive includes: (on quota Adults): Includes, 1 umbrella 2 sunbeds on the beach + water wine and drink included with meals

- Single room + € 6.00

- Double room for single use from + € 10.00 to + € 15.00 per day

- Cot € 8.00 per day

- Stay less than 3 days + € 7.00 per day per person.

Meals not consumed in the hotel will not be reimbursed.

We accept payment by debit or credit card.

Small pets are welcome.

Booking deposit € 50.00 for each adult (€ 100.00 for single room) to be sent by ordinary order or bank transfer within 10 days of confirmation.

The room is available to the customer from 12.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.

* Tourist tax in effect in Rimini from 1 October 2012

We inform our guests that, starting from 1 October 2012, the Municipality of Rimini has established the tourist tax, the amount of tax for 3 * Hotels is equal to € 1.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

Terms and conditions:

- The Tourist Tax enters into force from 1 October 2012.

- The tax is 1.50 Euro per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

- The tourist tax is NOT included in the proposed rates.

- It must be paid directly by the Customer at the time of Check-Out.

Do not pay the Tourist Tax:

- Minors under 14 years of age;

- Subjects who assist inpatients admitted to health facilities in the municipal area, on the basis of a companion for each patient;

- Personnel belonging to the local State Police, to the other Armed Forces, as well as to the National Fire Brigade, who stay for service needs;

- a coach driver and a tourist guide who provides assistance to groups organized by travel agencies and tourism, every 25 participants;

- Employees of the accommodation in which they work;

- The application of the exemption is subject to presentation by the Guest of appropriate certification, to be delivered at the time of check-in.
